Shipping Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.

What carrier do you use?
We use USPS or Canada Post to ship all US orders.
We use Canada Post to ship all Canada and International orders.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from our Buffalo, NY, USA or Toronto, ON, Canada locations. This ensures you receive your order fast!

How much do you charge for standard shipping?
For your convenience, we charge a flat standard shipping rate as follows:
- $5 USD / $7 CAD flat rate shipping to US and Canada
- $20 USD flat rate shipping to locations outside US and Canada

Free standard shipping is available once your order achieves a minimum order amount. See the next item.

How do I qualify for free shipping?
Customers can get free shipping on any order over the following thresholds:
- Free standard shipping to the US and Canada on any order over $50
- Free shipping not available to International destinations.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We can ship internationally to most countries. We charge a flat shipping rate of $20 USD to all International destinations.  Please contact us if our site is not setup to ship to your country.

Do I have to pay customs and extra fees for shipping internationally?
All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

What happens if I refuse the package?
If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Tracking shows my package has arrived, but I do not see it. What do I do?
Occasionally USPS and Canada Post experience service disruptions that will result in delayed shipments. Please allow 5 business days for delay issues to resolve.  Please contact us if you package has still not arrived after this period.
